Ideal for athletes wanting a structured, personalised program with consistent guidance and accountability.
• Individualised weekly training program, adjusted based on feedback, training response, and upcoming commitments

Great for self-motivated athletes looking for a tailored plan with lighter-touch coaching support.

One on One Training Session in Melbourne
60 minutes – $150
2 hours – $250
3 hours – $300*Gold, silver or bronze athletes will be discounted
Individual coaching sessions tailored to the athlete’s needs and development goals. Sessions may focus on swimming, cycling, running, skill development, transitions, or a combination depending on what will benefit the athlete most.
These sessions are designed to improve technique, build confidence, and reinforce good training habits in a structured and supportive environment.
Group or family sessions are also available at a reduced per-athlete rate. Please get in touch to discuss options.
