Charlotte McShane is a professional triathlete. She competed for 15 years in short-course racing on the World Triathlon Series circuit, establishing herself as one of Australia’s leading international triathletes.
She is an U23 World Triathlon Champion, World Mixed Team Relay Champion, and World Triathlon Series Grand Final medalist, with regular top-10 finishes on the World Triathlon Series circuit. Charlotte represented Australia at 12 elite World Championships and 2 Commonwealth Games.
In 2025, she transitioned to long-course racing, focusing on Ironman. In her debut year, she recorded a personal best of 8:42 and qualified professionally for Kona 2026.
Alongside her racing career, Charlotte is passionate about coaching and sharing her experience with both age-group and developing athletes.

Brendan Sexton is an Olympian and coach. He competed at the highest level of short-course triathlon, representing Australia on the World Triathlon Series circuit and at multiple World Championship events. During his junior and U23 years, he consistently represented Australia, culminating in a silver medal at the U23 World Championships. He went on to compete in the elite World Triathlon Series and represented Australia at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Since retiring from professional racing, he has transitioned into coaching, working with athletes across age-group, elite, junior and Para triathlon.
