• Weekly catch-up to review training and plan the week ahead

• Fortnightly check-in with adjustments as needed

One on One Training Session in Melbourne
60 minutes – $150
2 hours – $250*Gold, silver or bronze athletes will be discounted
Individual coaching sessions tailored to the athlete’s needs and development goals.
These sessions are designed to improve technique, build confidence, and reinforce good training habits in a structured and supportive environment.
Group or family sessions are also available at a reduced per-athlete rate. Please get in touch to discuss options.
